ProjectBrain is an early-stage service that imports selected AI conversations, extracts candidate project learnings, lets you review them, and exports approved knowledge. Features, limits, providers, and availability may change as the product develops.

You keep ownership of content you import and of the project materials you create. By using the service, you confirm that you have the right to process and share that content with ProjectBrain's configured AI provider.

Do not submit unlawful content, secrets you are not authorized to disclose, regulated personal data that requires protections the current MVP does not provide, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Extracted learnings, classifications, summaries, and exports are generated with AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing evidence, approving the final knowledge, and validating it before relying on it for technical, business, legal, medical, financial, or other important decisions.

You may not probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive request volumes, exhaust shared provider quotas, disrupt availability, reverse engineer protected service components, or use ProjectBrain to harm another person or system. Access may be limited or blocked to protect the service and other users.

The MVP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of important source material and exported knowledge.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ProjectBrain is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from service downtime, provider failures, lost local browser data, or reliance on AI output.

These terms may be updated as ProjectBrain adds accounts, paid plans, or cloud storage. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to projectbrain.ai@gmail.com.
